General: Celeste hails from South Dakota, a member of the Lakota Sioux Rosebud tribe. She came rumbling in on a Harley in the cold November of 2000, and worked as a Bouncer at the Basement occasional nights. A female bouncer? Hell yes, and she's been rumored to hold her own in a fight. Calmer days have come, though, and she is now the owner and sole artist at Celestial Markings, a tattoo and piercing parlor. One tough cookie, this femme is, witty and a bit of a trickster.
