Brown and red are the prominant color themes of the restaurant, from the two-tone alternating tiles on the floor, to the red-upholstered booths and red-topped tables with faux-oak wood, to the red curtains around plastic stained-glass windows and broad metal lampshades.
It's the standard 'Americana' family eatery, serving mostly soda and fried food with pitchers of beer for dad. The food is served on plates and in baskets that are subdued variations on the decor, with tans and blanched reds. Prancing around the borders of the menus is the mascot 'Party Bear', an anthropomorphic grizzly bear dressed in green lederhosen with a jaunty feather-plumed hat as seen on other famous figures like Robin Hood and Woodsy the Owl. For under ten dollars, one can find family fun and food with the 'Burst Meal', complete with the Onion Burst (a sunflower-burst cut deep fried onion), a side of Salsa Cookie Bread, a free bowl of jalapeno honey maple ranch dipping sauce, and a large soda of your choice. Also available are Zesty Onion Wings with the honey maple ranch dipping sauce for the lesser appetite, or the cheese-steak like 'Shocker' (more meat in more ways than you can handle!) with a tossed salad side dish, or your standard selection of sandwiches, burgers, and hard-pack ice cream
Grizzlebee's is another fine establishment brought to you by BAQ-Corp.
