• General The woman that owns the popular Lua Rosa Jewelers in New York City. Her reasons for being in Chicago are ambiguous but she's a vampire so she doesn't really need reasons.
• Vampire A master of the Dragon's line that came to town in the entourage of Maximillian. She made it very obvious early on that she calls lions, taking one as her pomme de sang after he answered a call that was felt for hundreds of miles. When her Master abandoned the city, she did as well, returning to New York City after her Human Servant, Dominic was infected and their marks were severed. Since the loss of her Servant, Josephine has become very possessive of her lion, Ben.
