Louis Joutel is a frequent resident of the city of Chicago, seemingly as far back as the city's history goes. While some rumors of him abound, he's tried very hard to stay out of the limelight over the years.
Louis is the sort of gentleman that is used to attention, and it shows in the utmost confidence that he holds himself: the rigid formality of his spine, which manages to elevate his average height into something just a little bit more, to the way his broad shoulders accentuate the v-shape of his torso.
A square jaw gives a handsome foundation to a pleasing face, with dark brown deep-set eyes and carefully-groomed shorter hair, with only the fainest dusting of grey trimming the line by his ears.
He wears a long-sleeved, button-down white shirt atop black trousers; while there are no frills, the clothes are clearly custom-made and tailor-fit, and of the finest materials. A black leather belt around his waist is adorned with a small silver belt buckle.
