An animator from a firm in Chicago, Morgan has been resident in the city for about 5 years with no ground-breaking news ever presented about him. He worked for the Attorney General in DC and then transferred to the FBI, when he moved to Chicago, but seems to be private-practice with his skills now.
Law: Morgan worked for the Department of Justice for quite a number of years. First for the Attorney General's office in the DC area and then transferring about 5 years ago to Chicago to work for the FBI. He has been a consultant on the dead and undead and raised witnesses for trials when they couldn't otherwise appear.
Necromancer: While employed as an Animator by a local firm, Morgan is actually a necromancer and has quietly been looking for others to connect with.
