Nicolas is a talented Tattoo Artists, working at his local tattoo shop, Slinging Ink Tattoos. He already has a reputation among the tattoo community and has had his work and several interviews in various tattoo magazines. He has a very laid back personality, but he is also very sarcastic. He likes to joke around quiet a bit, but also will speak his mind without fear of consequences.
He is known around the tattoo and piercing community for the talent that he has when it comes to his tattoo work. He has been featured in several tattoo magazines as well as a number of his work. Only those who have an interest in the tattoo/piercing culture would know of him and his work.

History
Nicolas was born Nicolas Anthony Stone on October 30th, 1983 in Chicago, IL, the eldest child of Elizabeth and Michael Stone. The twins, Anthony and Nicole, were born two years later. His parents were both talented artists. His mother was an art teacher and his father a comic book artist. As a child, his parents would entertain him with coloring books and crayons. He had a good childhood and loving parents, doing very well in school, his best class being art. He and his siblings got a long for the most part. Throughout his entire childhood, his artistic talent started to grow. In the seventh grade, he met a girl named Allison Marino. They soon became quick friends. They hung out constantly and were hardly ever apart.
In the fall of his freshman year, he finally gathered the courage to express his feelings for her and asked her out. They were the perfect couple. He knew instantly that she was the one that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. He was madly in love with her. On March 15th, 1999, Nicolas' world came crashing down around him. He was driving Ally home from a movie when the car they were driving was hit by a drunk driver. The car spun out of control before slamming into a light pole and rolling over several times. Nicolas was critically injured and slipped into unconsciousness. He was unconscious for several weeks. When he awoke, he learned that Allison was killed instantly, taking the news very hard.
He spent several more weeks in the hospital, recovering from the wounds while he mourned the loss of Allison. When he became well enough, he moved away from Chicago, trying to run from the guilt that he felt from the accident. He found himself in New York where he got an apprenticeship at a tattoo parlor. He quickly fell in love with it. Seeing the joy that could be brought to someone as the artist creates a work of art on someone's skin. He found that the tattooing brought him the joy that he hadn't felt since he was with Allison. A year later, he became a fully fledged tattoo artist. He had soon began to return to the person he once was.
In the summer of 2003, he once again moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia. He took up shop in one of the few tattoo parlors along the boardwalk. He had continued to work on his art, tattooing many of the sailors that came from the Navy base. He was enjoying his new life and began to enjoy himself more, but this was not meant to last.
On October 11, 2004, his world came crashing down once again around him. This was the day that he lost his entire family. He was working at the shop when he was approached by a uniformed police officer. He informed Nicolas that his entire family was murdered at their home. When Nicolas first heard the news, he was devastated. He lost everything that he had left in the world. He was the only family that he had left.
After the news, Nicolas packed up again and moved. He drove around the country for some time before he ended up back in New York City. He lived in his car for a few weeks before he was able to find work in the shop that he worked in previously and find himself an apartment. Three months after the incident, Nicolas’ life had changed once again.
This time, it was for the better. Mark Goldfield, the man who he earned his apprenticeship from, called Nicolas up and asked him to move back to Chicago to manage the new shop that he had opened up there, Slinging Ink Tattoos. After a bit of discussion, Nicolas finally agreed and packed up his things once more, returning to Chicago. He sold his family's home and used the money from that to get a home for himself, something close to the shop. He spent the next few months helping with the design of the shop as well as hiring a staff to help out around the shop.
Description
Nicolas is a young man who appears to be in his early twenties. He stands six feet, two inches tall and has a lean and muscular build. Dark red hair tops his head, framing angular face and follows resting at his jaw line. A pair of green eyes stares out before him. Above his eyes are two thin and narrow eyebrows, a silver hoop resting through his left eyebrow. He has a short, narrow nose and thin set of lips which either can look very mean or extremely generous, but always has a slight smirk about them. A silver tongue ring can be seen when he speaks.
He is dressed in a short-sleeved, dark grey, button up shirt and a pair of blue jeans which are a little loose on him. His jeans are held up by a black leather belt with a silver buckle. On his shoulders are an open black suit jacket and a pair of black sneakers cover his feet. Around his neck is a silver razor blade which hangs on a silver chain. On his left wrist is a black leather bracelet and a silver watch on his right. A full-sleeve tattoo covers his left arm, disappearing up the shirt's sleeve. A heart tattoo is on his right wrist.
Tattoos
Nicolas' left arm has a full-sleeve tattoo resembles fire done in black and gray. The spaces between the flames are done in black. The entire tattoo runs from his wrist up to his shoulder.
A small tattoo on his right wrist of a heart can be seen, the tip of the heart pointing towards his palm.
On his back is a black and grey tattoo of a graveyard scene with a woman in a flowing gown walking through the tombstones. Above the scene is the words: 'Join Me In Death' in Old English lettering.
On his left calf is a tattoo of four roses that look as if they're bleeding. On the steam of the roses is a name, different ones in each rose. The names read: Elizabeth, Michael, Nicole and Anthony.
On his chest is a tattoo that reads: RIP Allison Marino 1983 - 1999
Phobia
Nicolas is severely clithrophobic, the fear of being locked in an enclosed place. While he can enter confined spaces, he will be reluctant to do so, even more so if there is only one way out of the space. He is able to control himself if there is multiple ways out or if the space he is in has a long opening. If he is locked in an enclosed place, he will be reduced to curling up into a ball, unable to move. But if he is able to muster up enough courage, he can try to find his way out of the location.
