General: Parvani is a half-British Half-Indian girl who arrived in Chicago late in 2008. She owns and maintains Chateau du Fumant, a hookah bar off of Troop Street.
Vampire: Parvani is the human servant of Amalesh. It said that she is a psychic with unique abilities. She maintains Chateau du Fumantt on Troop Street along with her Master as a neutral territory. Though there have been no outbursts of violence, one gets the feelings that underneath that ever-present serenity she would probably enforce it with harsh violence.
Shifter: Parvani is the human servant of a Master Vampire, and she and her Master maintain Chateau du Fumant as a neutral territory, where all are welcome to come and go as they please, so long as they do not start trouble.
