Rose Parker is probably most known as a journalist for a small New York paper. However, under her maiden name of Rosalia Cardinelli, she is much more infamously known as the sole daughter of Carlo "The Gun" Cardinelli, a well-known Chicago mob boss. She's been gone from Chicago for six years, and returned in early 2013 with a new name, a new look, and an apparent desire to remain out of her family's sphere of influence.
