A retired lawyer who won the 2012 Chicago Mayoral election, after the office had been held pro-temp by Deputy Mayor Darling.

Mayor Sterling vanished within months of taking office, with RPIT Captain Finnley Finnigan supposedly looking after the office in the meantime, starting January of 2013.
