Desc
He's a bit too old for a nightclub, not quite old enough for a senior discount. One would probably place Theodore Kincaide in his early fifties if one were talented at such estimations; there's a touch of grey at his temples where otherwise dark, thick hair is cut into a short, neat style. Dark eyes match the hair quite well, complementing sharp features. While Ted isn't truly muscular, he has an athletic frame that suggests weekend sports or a gym membership. He's tall, perhaps a bit over six feet, but not by much.

General: Who knows how the bum makes his money? But he's always got quite a bit of it. I heard he knows the Squid, though.
Vampire: One of Dragon's line, Theodore Kincaide is a Master with a reputation for scoundrelous (yes, that's a made up word) and rapscallionoid (that one too!) dealings. He's been in the country since before the American War for Independence, and no one really knows where he came from before that. Few know what capabilities he's really got besides a silver tongue and a penchant for bad luck.
Took office as MotC for Chicago in July of 2009 (following some confusion around Lillith, the previous MotC's, death), and handed the office over to Amun a month later.
